My reason for my visit was to seek repair work on a 2006 Grand Cherokee Limited with steering and front suspension trouble. I have been bringing my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for servicing for the last 3 years. Your service people are fantastic. The other day I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a 2013 Jeep Unlimited in for servicing for the last 3 years. Your service people are fantastic. The other day I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a 2013 Jeep Compass. I was working with Steve Klimara, your sales person. Steve is relatively new to your company, he was very professional, easy going, relaxed and highly knowledgeable about the Compass. He had me test drive other Jeep models so I could be sure the Compass is the one I wanted. I did buy the Compass, I got a great deal with the trade and I walked away very satisfied. During the "long" wait for all the paperwork to get completed Steve did everything possible to make that wait seem not so long. He engaged in conversation, kept me informed as to how the paperwork was flowing and ensured that I was a comfortable as possible. I would send anyone looking for a new car to Steve. More

im still in disbelief at my overall experience with Jay Dye. I love cars but loathe the process. I had contacted and interfaced with more than a handful of dealersdhips and had quite a few appointments to Dye. I love cars but loathe the process. I had contacted and interfaced with more than a handful of dealersdhips and had quite a few appointments to interface with even more when just on a whim I decided to give Betenhausen a look see. From the onset I felt welcomed by the entire staff,and I cant say enough about Jay,I mean the guy made me feel like I was a guest in a fine hotel. He was warm, cordial professional and a straight shooter and Best of all he wasnt pushy. And although I wasnt, I felt like I was his only customer.Together we built a beautiful jeep Wrangler, I love my new car and the expreience at this dealership is by far my best new car experience to date and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.
