Once I decided this was the vehicle for me we worked out the fine details with everything on the table and no hidden agendas I always felt I could change my mind and nobody would make me feel like I wasted their time. Jay and Nick took me thru the process smoothly explaining everything as we went along, this is my second vehicle from Bettenhausen and I can honestly say from my experiences with them including vehicle service I no longer need to go anywhere else they are an excellent representation of the Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge /Ram brand in all areas of what they do. I worked with Dave today and I have to say it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. We got to the dealership early, at 7:30 am, and Patrick was the first one in sales to arrive at 7:45. He helped us and showed us all the cars we wanted to look at. I visited Bettenhauser for an oil change. While waiting I decided to check on the newer Town and Country. Introducted to Dave, told him what I wanted, asked if he could fill my wishes, he said in an instant decided to check on the newer Town and Country. We talked financing, etc. signed all the paper etc. in order to purchase the new car with a trad-in. After all that, and much personal conversation to secure the new car.....I did not even think of looking at the new car! So I mentioned to Dave...."Hey Dave, do you think I can see the car I bought"? We both laughed like xxxx and went to see the car. Dave explained many of the featured and I was so very pleased with Dave as a person and impressed with the whole experience of buying this car.
