im still in disbelief at my overall experience with Jay Dye. I love cars but loathe the process. I had contacted and interfaced with more than a handful of dealersdhips and had quite a few appointments to Dye. I love cars but loathe the process. I had contacted and interfaced with more than a handful of dealersdhips and had quite a few appointments to interface with even more when just on a whim I decided to give Betenhausen a look see. From the onset I felt welcomed by the entire staff,and I cant say enough about Jay,I mean the guy made me feel like I was a guest in a fine hotel. He was warm, cordial professional and a straight shooter and Best of all he wasnt pushy. And although I wasnt, I felt like I was his only customer.Together we built a beautiful jeep Wrangler, I love my new car and the expreience at this dealership is by far my best new car experience to date and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. We drove from Minooka to Tinley Park to look at a 2012 300S that we found on their web site. Could not have been treated better if I were the Queen of England. Dave is patient, knowledgeable and we need 300S that we found on their web site. Could not have been treated better if I were the Queen of England. Dave is patient, knowledgeable and we needed to replace our 99 300M. It was a good price, good service and I even had a hot chocolate with carmel while I waited. Had our new plates put on and drove it home. We love, love, our Chrysler 300S. More
