We got to the dealership early, at 7:30 am, and Patrick was the first one in sales to arrive at 7:45. He helped us and showed us all the cars we wanted to look at. I visited Bettenhauser for an oil change. While waiting I decided to check on the newer Town and Country. Introducted to Dave, told him what I wanted, asked if he could fill my wishes, he said in an instant decided to check on the newer Town and Country. Introducted to Dave, told him what I wanted, asked if he could fill my wishes, he said in an instant that he could. We talked financing, etc. signed all the paper etc. in order to purchase the new car with a trad-in. After all that, and much personal conversation to secure the new car.....I did not even think of looking at the new car! So I mentioned to Dave...."Hey Dave, do you think I can see the car I bought"? We both laughed like xxxx and went to see the car. Dave explained many of the featured and I was so very pleased with Dave as a person and impressed with the whole experience of buying this car. I have been bringing my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for servicing for the last 3 years. Your service people are fantastic. The other day I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a 2013 Jeep Unlimited in for servicing for the last 3 years. Your service people are fantastic. The other day I decided to trade in my Wrangler for a 2013 Jeep Compass. I was working with Steve Klimara, your sales person. Steve is relatively new to your company, he was very professional, easy going, relaxed and highly knowledgeable about the Compass. He had me test drive other Jeep models so I could be sure the Compass is the one I wanted. I did buy the Compass, I got a great deal with the trade and I walked away very satisfied. During the "long" wait for all the paperwork to get completed Steve did everything possible to make that wait seem not so long. He engaged in conversation, kept me informed as to how the paperwork was flowing and ensured that I was a comfortable as possible. I would send anyone looking for a new car to Steve. More
