So I have to say that I had the best car buying experience with Ryan Scarpelli. I have been to dealerships before where you are hounded like prey. This was not the case at Bettenhausen. I walked in experience with Ryan Scarpelli. I have been to dealerships before where you are hounded like prey. This was not the case at Bettenhausen. I walked in with my husband and we were given time to walk around and look at the inventory. We were so well taken care of and at no point in time did I feel pressured. In fact, it was so refreshing to have Ryan say, I want you to walk out of here with something you want, so if it's not here today, tell me what you're looking for and we can find it." We really appreciate that he listened to us and came up with a solution that fit into everything we were looking for; car, financing, monthly payments, the works! I would definitely buy from Ryan again and recommend him to my friends and family! Thanks guys! More

I actually met my husband, who originally brought his car in for service...my husband bought a car. I desperately needed a car wash for my Jetta. I asked Steve if it was possible to get a car wash---not only in for service...my husband bought a car. I desperately needed a car wash for my Jetta. I asked Steve if it was possible to get a car wash---not only did Steve agree to the car wash--he sold me my very first "brand new" car!!! Steve added a very "human" touch to the car buying process! i believe they could of done better with the finacing since his credit was so good and found out after the deal was done that we could of got a better price. your warrenties are not that great either. ni since his credit was so good and found out after the deal was done that we could of got a better price. your warrenties are not that great either. nick was great to work with. we acctually got a better deal at ford but my husband does not like ford. at least they really wanted our business. i went to get my remote start they told me 1 1/2 to 2 hrs but acctually sat there for 3 hours. seem like a long time for that to be done.
