I recently purchased a new 2013 Dodge Durango from Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Park. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We worked with Nick from start to finish; we were not handed off to a sales manager or the finance manager. Nick understood what we were looking for and that we wanted the best deal. I do not stand for high pressure sales games, I have walked out of numerous dealerships. There was absolutely no pressure placed on us at all anytime during the process. The initial offer Bettenhausen made on my trade was extremely competitive and the upfront pricing on the vehicle made our purchase decision an easy one. Nick worked hard to make sure that I received the best deal on the vehicle. I shopped around at 3 other Dodge dealers and they could not come close to the deal that Nick had come up with. Also, we didn't appreciate the fact that the salesman came with us when we test drove the car. Dave found the car we were looking for right away, had it washed and told us to take it for a drive for as long as we needed. We appreciated the fact that we could test drive the car without a salesman in the back seat. Dave let the car sell itself. He didn't have to give us the hard sell to want to buy the car. Dave presented us with many options for financing so that we could drive the car back to Pella. The drive back to Pella was great in my new Dart. We love the car and all the features it has for the price. I have already recommended Bettenhausen Dodgeto to other people and hope that Dave gets more business because of our recommendation. More

Like most people I dreaded having to buy a new car not because of the money but because every time I did I felt like I got screwed. I have owned a Jeep product for 17 of the last 20 years but brand loyalt because of the money but because every time I did I felt like I got screwed. I have owned a Jeep product for 17 of the last 20 years but brand loyalty only goes so far when I'd felt like I'd been repeatedly taken advantage of by the former local Jeep dealer. The people at Bettenhausen have totally changed my opinion on the process. The way they deal with their customers is definitely the correct business model for selling cars while treating people with respect. I had specific color combinations that I wanted for my new Wrangler that they didn't have on their lot, but after a quick conversation with Ryan the enthusiasm he showed and his love for Jeeps equaled my own I knew then and there he was the man that was going to go the extra mile to find what I wanted. In a matter of days he had located and modified my Wrangler to create the vehicle that I had asked for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Ryan at Bettenhausen. I will definitely be sending everyone I know there way. More
