Jenna made a possible bad experience into a good one. Had put a deposit on a Truck, when I arrived the truck was filthy and it almost cost us the deal. As soon as I walked into Dodge I was greeted by the sales manager David. He was very pleasant and showed interest in the car that I wanted. He was not pushy or over eager.
