The Experience was great start to finish. Jayson, took great care of us. We made an appointment and he was ready for us as soon as we arrived with a couple of Jeeps for us to look at all with the feature great care of us. There was no typical "car salesmen" tactics, he didn't try to sell us a car that we didn't want. It was a nice break from the normal dealership experience as well, we got a great price without 5 trips by Jayson to the sales manager desk and then bouncing back and forth from salesperson to the finance person. Bettenhausen gets 2 thumbs up and so does Jayson. I will be back there for my next Jeep no doubt about it!!! More

I bought my Grand Cherokee at Bettenhausen because they were referred to me by a friend. I was able to look at the vehicles without being harassed by sales people and they had a ton of vehicles at the sto were referred to me by a friend. I was able to look at the vehicles without being harassed by sales people and they had a ton of vehicles at the store for me to see. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable and the dealership got me the exact vehicle I was looking for when I was ready to buy. A non-commissioned sales staff is definitely the way to go. Dealing with Jenna Barthel for the sale of my Dodge Nitro back to the dealer and the purchase of a new Dodge Dart was a pleasure!
