I had the pleasure of purchasing our second new vehicle from the Bettenhausen family on 05/13/13 (Our first was at their Jeep store on 11/01/10). I had been working with Sales Manager Jayson Koehn for app from the Bettenhausen family on 05/13/13 (Our first was at their Jeep store on 11/01/10). I had been working with Sales Manager Jayson Koehn for approximately six months regarding Dodge Challengers. Jayson was the first person I'd had ever worked with who knew as much as I did about the product he was selling, which was a pleasant surprise. Back in December 2012, Jayson tirelessly worked to locate a 2012 Stinger Yellow Challenger R/T Classic for me, and the deal was just about finalized when I got cold feet and decided to hold off. Though I know Jayson's patience had to have been tested, he never showed it. His kindness and professionalism, even though the deal fell through, left a lasting impression on me. I remembered my great experience with him and contacted him again a few weeks ago to give it another go. Jayson again worked extremely hard to locate a 2013 Plum Crazy Challenger R/T Classic for me with the options I wanted. He found one in Missouri and negotiated a dealer trade. Bettenhausen was also nice enough to transport the car for me for free. Jayson got me a great deal on the new car and a great price on my trade in. He was prompt in returning my calls or emails and was always "on the ball" with everything he did. I want to congratulate the Bettenhausen family for employing people like Jayson who make the dreaded car buying experience a great one. I cannot recommend him or the Bettenhausen dealer network enough! More

It was by chance that we ended up at Bettenhausen's, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My wife had purchased three cars from the Saturn dealer that had formerly occupied the location that is but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. My wife had purchased three cars from the Saturn dealer that had formerly occupied the location that is now Bettenhausen's Dodge Ram, and liked the experience of the no hassle approach. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Bettenhausen has continued that tradition. I was greeted warmly by Dave Martinez who was extremely courteous and quite helpful, without being pushy. Once I had chosen a truck, the purchase process was as quick and as smooth as any I have ever encountered. I got a fair price for my trade and was given a great no hassle price on the new truck. Dave also helped make sure that I got all of the incentives available at the time of purchase including one that I had no idea existed. Thanks for a great experience. I visited a few dodge dealerships and liked the fact that bettenhausen was very hassle free. My experience was much different than I remember in the past when I really hated buying a new car because the sale bettenhausen was very hassle free. At bettenhausen, they were very hands off and let you look at your leisure without making you feel uncomfortable. They were also up front on their price, so there was not alot of haggling to do. I worked with Dave Martinez, and bought a 2013 Dodge Durango. Dave was very friendly and patient with answering all my questions. We factory ordered our vehicle and were happy that it only took about 4 weeks. Dave kept us informed throughout the process. I feel I recieved a very fair and strong price on my new vehicle, an excellent price for my trade-in, and Dave was able to match the financing rate I found online. I have my new car and I am very happy with it and confident that if any issues arise that Bettenhausen will take care of it for me. I would definitely recommend Dave and Bettenhausen Dodge to anyone in the market for a new car, especially a Dodge. More
Friendly service and the sales staff was not pushy. It was nice to go into a dealership and not feel like you were being pressured into something you were uncomfortable with. Nick Pattenaude gave me a couple minutes to check some cars in the showroom and he started explaining the choices I had. He was very calm and friendly, so it was easy to learn about the car. I needed to know a little more and decied to take a test drive. Scott Abramowicz helped me with searching for cars on the lot. Scott was also very calm and answered all my questions! Scott made the choices very clear for me. I was not car savvy when I walked in, but the experience of the employees was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The process of actually buying the vehicle was made very easy too! Scott had a wonderful office that made me see what a wonderful guy he was and what a beatuful family he had! Scott made the different choices for financing very clear and evern wrote up different scenarios depending on what I wanted to do. It was a wonderful experience at Bettenhausen. It turned out to be an extremely exciting experience as well. Oh! and the best part was the cookout Bettenhausen has every Saturday! It was so nice to be able to eat, since we were there for so long. I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Bettenhausen for anybody with car needs. More
