Jay was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest when we were searching for our Jeep Patriot. At other dealerships we experienced a lot of hassle and frustration, which led into wasted time, but we did not experience that with Jay. We called and emailed him several times with questions and he was very quick to get back to us. We had such an easy experience buying our Jeep Patriot that we came back to Jay a few months later and bought a Wrangler, my husband's dream car and he's still smiling about it. Probably the best quality about Jay is his sense of humor because you really need one when you are buying a car :) More
