I was able to test drive 2 cars without any worry or hurry. My parents were also with me and they both were able to speak Spanish so that they can understand the situation. It was really nice, not interpreting for them. As I was waiting, I felt right at home. The whole environment was welcoming. We ended up at Bettenhausen after a rough week of shopping for my first vehicle. He let us take a look at several vehicles before winding up where we did, and ended up getting a ton more vehicle than we intended to on our budget and with a car note more manageable than we'd even dreamed. Even my hyperbole fails to express how pleasant the experience was, right up to the part where he handed me the keys to the vehicle with freshly rotated tyres after complaining about its tendency to veer right during the hour long test drive. I would definitely recommend Bettenhausen to anyone looking for a solid vehicle for a great price and service with a smile. More

I have been buying new cars since my 1972 'Cuda. This buying experience has been the best so far. No pressure, browse as you like, test drive as you like. They even delivered my car to my house. Dave worked with us on the pricing of the vehicle and our trade-in. He was not intrusive but thorough with information. Steve was great, we stopped at the dealership late on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find them open… Steve listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle (for our daughter) and pr Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find them open… Steve listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle (for our daughter) and price range we had to work within; we also told him we had a car we would probably want to trade in, but we didn’t have it with us that day. Steve said “no problem, let’s go look a some cars” and then showed us both the new models and used cars on the lot that meet our criteria. There were two that we liked, so he suggested we test drive both (one of them twice, my daughter & I the 1st time & my wife & daughter the 2nd). After all of that, at close to 7:30pm we agreed to come back on Monday to have our car appraised and talk $$; it was on the way out that I overheard the receptionist answer the phone and tell the person on the line that they had closed at 6PM! I call that going above & beyond; particularly since they knew from the outset that we weren’t in a position to “buy” that evening!! We came on Monday, after a couple of delays on our part during the course of the day and got a deal done; thanks to Steve’s & the Team at Bettenhausen’s work to get us the most possible for our trade and a fantastic rate on the loan!! When I’m in the market for another vehicle, new or used, I’ll be stopping at Bettenhausen first and asking for Steve Klimara! More
