Dave made the car buying process completely stress free and actually pleasant! When we decided what we wanted to buy, and the car wasn't on the Bettenhausen lot, Dave assured us he'd find it closeby and have the car transferred. True to his word -- it was at the dealership just a few hours later. Dave even went so far as to come in on his evening off to accommodate our schedules for signing the paperwork. He was very patient and made sure before we drove away that he had answered all of our questions, that we knew how to use the features of the car and reminded us he's around if we have any questions as we "break in" the new car.
