You would be crazy to go to another dealer besides this one. I bought a 2011 Jetta used from them this evening and they had the best price around. They gave me the most for my trade-in and got me the best financing rate. I had my friend, who is a mechanic for another major company, look over the car before I purchased and he said, "I like that you're shopping at Bettenhausen, they're the best when it comes to used cars. If a car they purchase isn't right, they don't even keep it on their lot." As for Dave, he worked hard to find me the car that fit in my budget the best. He went over all my options and put everything out on the table. There was absolutely no pressure from him. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership, this transaction or this sales person. Jay was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest when we were searching for our Jeep Patriot. We called and emailed him several times with questions and he was very quick to get back to us. We had such an easy experience buying our Jeep Patriot that we came back to Jay a few months later and bought a Wrangler, my husband's dream car and he's still smiling about it.
