The staff was beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and Russell literally did everything to make sure that I walked out of there with a vehical. It was a pleasurable experience, no high pressure, different than what you would expect when buying a vehicle. Purchasing the used Jeep at Bettenhausen Automotive was an Excellent experience and the sales manager Dave Carroll was outstanding.
