We went to Bettenhausen dodge in 2007 to buy my dodge charger and absolutely loved the no hassle service. Since then we have now bought a total of 3 cars from them and they couldn't be nicer and more hel charger and absolutely loved the no hassle service. We went in tonight because I wanted to just talk to someone about the 2014 dodge Durango citadel's and Dave was just great and I told him I need my payment at a certain price and he made it happen. We came in and test drove what we wanted and left with our van... The most stress free day ever!!! Thanks!!! Everything about the dealership was awesome. The best new car purchase experience I have ever had. Lauren was awesome! She handled everything directly; there was NO going back and forth talking to every leve car purchase experience I have ever had. Lauren was awesome! She handled everything directly; there was NO going back and forth talking to every level of manager and getting the typical pressure deal from "the boss". I did my research about the Jeep Wrangler online and then went to Bettenhausen to see Lauren under recommendation from a friend. Lauren found exactly what I was looking for; I told her how much I wanted for my trade and how much I wanted to spend on the new Jeep. We agreed on a price within $250 of where I wanted to be so the deal was done. (to me, the $250 was worth not having to go to numerous dealerships and "argue" with them about what I wanted.) Amazing dealership is all I can say...in and out in less than two hours and I drove the Jeep home that night! I only had to return in the next few days to sign the paperwork. The other employees were great too...very personable and no pressure at the dealership. I will definitely go back and buy from them again. My new Jeep didn't have floor mats, so instead of pulling them out of a Jeep of the lot, the manager had them order me brand new ones and sent them to my house so I didn't have to drive back to get them. I hope I don't need warranty or service work, but if I do I will go there and hope that the service department customer service and pricing is as good as the sales department. The first thing he did was hand me the keys and say take it for a spin and let me know if you have any questions. It was so refreshing to be able to take a car for a test drive without a salesman breathing down my neck. I remember thinking to myself…why can’t all salesmen be like him? Jay was so pleasant throughout the entire process. I must have come back to the dealership 4 or 5 times before I made up my mind to purchase a vehicle and never once did I feel pressured.
