My wife and I were in the market for a new Grand Cherokee. We looked at several dealers and were very happy in the fact that we chose Bettenhausen. I am partial to Hondas, but had a horrible buying experience at the local Honda dealer several years ago; actually you could call it a "typical car dealer experience"- the usual 5 hour runaround betw experience at the local Honda dealer several years ago; actually you could call it a "typical car dealer experience"- the usual 5 hour runaround between the salesman, sales manager, and finance manager. Ever since, I have bought all my Hondas from Bettenhausen because I can count on them to have a few newer model years with acceptably lower mileage at a great price. Dave Carroll got the two cars we wanted to test drive on a day that was convenient for us. He was good to work with; very down to earth, easy going and no high pressure sales at all. It's such a refreshing change from all other dealers and salesmen I've dealt with. This is our second Honda from Bettenhausen and there will be many more to come in the future. Thanks again Dave. I was shopping for my first brand new car. I had previously only had used cars bought from family friends or CarMax. I had never dealt with an actual car dealer before. Bettenhausen, and specifically Jenna, made the experience really great. She did her best to find exactly what I was looking for and when an existing car could not be found she helped me through the process of factory ordering. I had to wait a couple months for the car to be built, but Jenna always kept in touch and let me know the progress along the way. She accommodated some extra incentives that were going to expire before the car had been delivered and made sure I received every deal that I qualified for. I am very happy with my purchase from Bettenhausen and will definitely do business with them in the future. More
