I wanted to take a look at the 2014 Dodge Challengers and she was more than helpful. She knew exactly what she was talking about when discussing the Challengers- my father and I were very impressed. We got to talking to her and quickly found out we had alot in common. We were glad we were able to find a nice, down to earth, NO HASSLE rep to deal with us for the next 3 hours. We test drove one of the models but wanted to take a look at the show room model. She said no problem, took it out of the show room, and I was able to take it for a spin. I knew right away this was the car I was taking home. During the payment process, we threw a few wrenches into the payments and my father and I were kind of being difficult with it. Any other salesman at any other dealership would have rolled their eyes and given us a bad attitude. This wasnt the case. Jenna said it wouldn't be a problem. I believe I got great value for my trade-in and the overall price for the Challenger was sufficient. We got everything done and talked to her for a few more minutes about her job, family etc... She was very very helpful and I will highly suggest my friends and family members to go to Bettenhausen and talk to her specifically if they are in need of a new or used car. I'd like to thank her again for making the car buying process simple and painless. She's great at what she does and I will definitely be back the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again! I had talked to Brandon a few times when I first became interested in the Wrangler and he was very informative and resourceful. After my deal was finalized, Corey gave me a thorough tutorial on operating my Wrangler from the inside out. He was so pleasant and patient. He even helped me program radio stations. I hate car dealerships because previous experiences have guarded me; you know, the typical salesman waiting for you to step out of your vehicle ready to pounce. My salesman was friendly and very customer service oriented. He truly wanted to work to get me in the SUV I wanted at the payment that worked for me. Chris, the service manager is also my neighbor and he and Dave worked together to ensure my "new" Jeep gets the detail it deserves. I was on a time crunch so I was able to leave with my purchase and come back a few hours later to sign my paperwork. I've had great service at one other dealership in recent years, but the accommodating service at Bettenhausen is exceptional. It's a very different vibe walking into a family owned dealership. It was crazy busy but it worked like a well oiled machine. I am not disappointed with my purchase or my experience. I will 100% refer friends and family to Bettenhausen and Dave Carroll. More

The whole process made a long afternoon but my jeep was worth it. I feel good about buying my jeep from this dealership because they seem to stand by their vehicles. I was impressed they had another employee (Corey) help me understand my vehicle before I drove off the lot. He explained all the features on the car and how to use them. I still am not 100% on how to take down the soft top on my jeep but I am sure if I have trouble they will help me. I would recommend others to go to this dealership because they are good people who do not give you the runaround like other dealerships. I went to Carmax and got a fair price on a trade for my jeep commander... Benttenhausen matched it. I went to South Oak to see a great price on a jeep... it was mysteriously gone.
