I was truly impressed with the attention he showed me. I bought a 2014 Dart and Scott worked to get the monthly payments where I wanted them. The dealership was filled with great cars and trucks to view, the area was right in my neighborhood so talk about convenience and most important, some of the sales managers really stood out and came to my rescue. I sure hope they get a bigger lot there because they do need the space, it was a little crowded in the lot but overall, nothing to complain about. This dealership made my car shopping a pleasant one! No pressure shopping We have purchased from Bettenhausen before and our experiences have always been good. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and were looking at G We have purchased from Bettenhausen before and our experiences have always been good. We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon and were looking at Grand Caravans on the lot. My wife and I had a bet on how soon we'd be swarmed on by sales people while we were looking at them,we both lost our bets. We were able to look at them without being shadowed by sales. When we walked in the showroom we were greeted by Jenna and she asked how she could help us. We explained what we were looking for and she checked the inventory and showed us those vans and arranged for us to take one for a test drive. We returned and sat down and went over some numbers and trade in value, then told her we would need to go home and discuss this. There was NO pressure tactics to do something then. Over the weekend we made our decision and e-mailed her back with what vehicle we wanted and a price we wanted to be out the door at. We received a phone call from her with in fifteen minutes and said they could do that and on Monday afternoon we were driving away in our new van. Another pleasant surprise when we got there to close the deal all the paper work was ready and again NO pressure for buying extra warranties. She went over the vehicle to show us what we needed to know on it's operation. Our experience was a great selection of inventory, friendly sales staff great prices and NO pressure tactics. More

I met David by accident; I was actually on my way to the other Bettenhausen showrooom on 159th. It took only minutes of talking with Dave to become comfortable with him. He listened to what I had to say, immediately began the process of getting one of the cars I wanted to see (from another lot), and discussed knowledgeably the options on a new car that I also had on my list. At no time did I feel hurried to finish or pressured to buy. He carefully explained the financial aspects, and, again, made clear that he wanted my experience at Bettenhausen to be one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. It was!! The final point is that I believe David tries to do this for all his customers. He is highly recommended. (I did buy the new car.) More

David made us feel like we were old friends. He was very down to earth and funny, did not make us feel like we were buying a big purchase. He was very well informed on the vehicle we had in mind.
