Went the extra mile! We were looking to buy an affordable Jeep, not brand new, but "newer." We test drove a Jeep at Bettenhausen that I fell in love with. David Martinez was the sales associate that helped us out. He was friendly and knowlegable and definitely not the "pushy car salesman" type. We decided to shop around and test drove other Jeeps at multiple dealers and just weren't satisfied. I felt that Bettenhausen/Ram Dodge was just a trustworthy dealer. David Martinez was was there to answer all of our questions and gave us the "space" that we needed to make our decision. I went in and asked to test drive a vehicle and I simply loved it. I then continued to walk the lot and Charles helped me find the color I wanted and still stay within my budget. I was scared I would not get financing and Charles kept looking until he found the best solution for me and still managed to get me within my budget. Great Experience As always my experience at Bettenhausen went beyond my expectations and I truly enjoyed my buying experience and interactions with Jay. I enjoyed the ability to walk freely around the lot without having to deal with the typical pack of bloodhounds, I mean car salesman, and when I was ready to get more information Jay was there to assist me. He did a great job of working with me to get what I wanted in a Jeep as I had a very specific list of wants and I felt like he listened to what I had to say throughout the process and worked to find the vehicle that I wanted. He showed me multiple options and models and discussed what could be done to meet my "demands". Ultimately I ended up with a vehicle beyond my expectations and could not have been happier about the quality of the people I interacted with and the overall experience. I feel like it's not very often when the one expending large sums of money actually says thank you in the end but that is how I feel and is befitting of this experience. Thanks again! More
