The automobile I was interested in was not in the lot, and Jayson went the extra mile to locate the car I wanted, and arranged for it to be delivered to the lot. I explained our situation to Jayson, that my wife was on oxygen, and would like all the paperwork ready when I brought her to see the car. Terrible I have worked with a car sales man named Adam before and he was the sweetest and nicest person I have ever worked with and continued to keep in contac I have worked with a car sales man named Adam before and he was the sweetest and nicest person I have ever worked with and continued to keep in contact even after we had left. A few days ago my parents went in looking for a car and dealt with Charles and what a nightmare. He was rude and very pushy not listening to anything they were saying. He then told my parents we should leave meaning me and my husband because we were being honest and telling them that they would not be able to get payments low enough on a new car for them since they had bad credit. Who has the nerve to tell someone that there kid should leave when we are the ones helping them shop so they don't get taken advantage of by a person like him trying to push them into something they could not afford. If I ever see this guy again there will be some choice words for him because he clearly is not a good sales man and maybe they should consider getting rid of him all together before it ruins there reputation because I will tell all to never go there or deal with this guy. Great Experience at Bettenhausen Dodge in Orland I was looking for a car as a gift for my wife. Russell arranged test drive for a Challenger and a Charger. A couple of days later I came in with my son and daughter and they test drove the cars again to decide which one was the best for me to buy her. They selected the Dodge Charger. Russell handled the paperwork the next day and was able to add an SXT badge and door sills before I picked it up. He also arranged for a porter to follow me tot he storage center where the car will be until August - Anniversary gift. Craig, the General Manager was also great and helped explain some of the features of the Charger. Excellent service and experience..... More
