Charles Johnson then worked with me to find a new Cherokee Limited once I realized that the used Cherokees were not 4X4 and there were no other used Cherokee options. My husband and I usually only buy used cars (between 1-2 years old with no more than 25,000 miles) but we made an exception since the Cherokee Limited was just introduced to replace the Liberty in 2014. It was the size and body style we preferred. We were not happy about the increase in price but Charles worked with me until we found a deal that would work for our budget and help us to feel better about buying a new car. Since I have chemical allergies Charles and Geraldo assured me that they would set up an appointment and a loaner vehicle while our new Cherokee is being ozoned of the new car smells. It took a few hours on Monday to shop then after work on Tuesday Charles and I closed the deal. I was then escorted for a walk thru with a new employee in training who did a wonderful job explaining all the features. In this purchase our sales manager located a vehicle within a very short time after a few conversations with us and a few phone calls to other dealers. Our sales manager is Dave Carroll. He was highly recommended by a Bettenhausen associate that we met at the Orland Square which had some vehicles on display. I went to see Dave at the time of the auto show in Chicago and Dave gave us some brochures on the Jeep Cherokee and Chrysler 300. My wife and I went to test drive the new Cherokee in the middle of May. We told Dave that we were quite impressed with the quiet, smooth ride of the Cherokee.
