Customer service at this dealership is always exceptional! The service advisor Micheal checked me in for my appointment expeditiously and provided a valet driver to take me to my location of choi exceptional! The service advisor Micheal checked me in for my appointment expeditiously and provided a valet driver to take me to my location of choice while my vehicle was being serviced! He also provided me with an accurate time frame of how long service would require. He then called me when the service was completed in the exact time frame quoted upon check in. I did have to request my vehicle to be washed which was quickly done. I live only 5 miles from the previous Mancari Jeep Dodge dealership which is now Berman Jeep Dodge, but I prefer to drive to the Orland Park Bettenhausen dealership for service of my 2015 Jeep Overland because of their exceptional customer service!
