No haggling, no playing games--just honest and direct communication. Dave saw us through the entire transaction. You don't have to wait on the "finance guy". It's a one-stop shop. We received a more than fair dollar amount for our trade in. And the price we paid for the Patriot was fair. We are getting the MasterShield applied on Tuesday and after we return from vacation we will have another feature installed. Thanks to Dave, we are customers for life. Charles was extremely friendly and knowledgeable I had no intentions on purchasing a Jeep, But was asked to go check out a Jeep and I enjoyed the test drive. I was happy with the quality of service I had no intentions on purchasing a Jeep, But was asked to go check out a Jeep and I enjoyed the test drive. I was happy with the quality of service received. I did want the dealer to extend a 0% finance but that was not an option, I would only recommend that this be offered in the future with individuals who have excellent credit like myself.
