Great first experience! This was my first time buying a car and Dodge was awesome! I worked with Nick Pattenaude and he was extremely helpful! He did not show me the "top-notch" option to start, nor pressure me into buying something I was not comfortable with, He asked what I needed/wanted in a car and we went from there. We sat down and he explained everything, gave me options, and answered all questions I had. I ended up coming home with a Dodge Dart and I am extremely happy with my first car! More

Jenna is very easy to work with. After going to 4 other dealers my wife and I were disgusted and I am a former new car salesman. We found a incompetent salesman, a liar, a salesman that treated me like an idiot and the best one was the one that kept sending my wife suggestive text messages. I then drove 40 miles to Bettenhausen and met Jenna. She knows her product, found EXACTLY what we wanted and then had an employee drive 115 miles to get it. On Saturday we picked up my wife's new 2014 Torrid Red Charger and Jenna was even to get the Dozen Red Roses with 3 White Roses in time to make this a very special day for my wife. More
