bought a lemon they refused to replace as per chrysler Bought 2 vehicles from their 1st jay dye was great well we traded that van in on a 2014 t and c in august 2014 well unfortunately the van has been in Bought 2 vehicles from their 1st jay dye was great well we traded that van in on a 2014 t and c in august 2014 well unfortunately the van has been in the shop for an electrical short which chrysler agreed to replace it for us but chrysler told to go to the selling dealer which was bettenhausen cjd after speaking with john t we picked a vehicle and they were going to forward all paperwork to the buyback dept at chrysler however after 3 days i get a call from chrysler saying bettenhausen would not assist us even though we bought it there lesson learned never trust a dealer that does not stand behind what it sells however the great people at mancaris honored chryslers buyback and is assisting us good to know there is honest dealers still More

Charles did a great job finding exactly what I had requested and still was able to give us a reasonable price for the vehicle. I found Charles to be very easy to work with, knowledgeable of the line, flexible in his approach, congenial, friendly and very accommodating. The overall sale was "easy peasy" for both of us; between trying to hide a large purchase for the holidays and having a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership taking care of paperwork, Charles did a great job of handling most of the work behind-the-scenes and being well-prepared when I was able to squeeze out some time. Amazing Experience I had an amazing experience purchasing my first new car at Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep of Orland Park. I took time to do a little of my own research on I had an amazing experience purchasing my first new car at Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep of Orland Park. I took time to do a little of my own research on the vehicle I was looking for, which is the 2015 Jeep Patriot. I contacted the dealership online and spoke with Casey Dugan. I then made my appointment for the next day to come out and talk about prices, interest rates, etc. with Casey. I told him what car I was interested in and he recommended to take the Patriot for a test drive, and that it would be ready for me when I got there, all warmed up on such a cold day. I test drove the car and fell in love. Once I came back, Casey greeted me again to talk about what kind of money I was looking to spend, how much I liked the car, and the different finance options that were available. He never once tried to sell me anything extra, he respected what I was looking for, and eventually sold me the car that I was hoping to buy. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice, Casey is extremely knowledgeable, and I would recommend anyone to go check out the selection that they have, as well as going to talk to Casey because he really shows that he cares about the customers. He wants to work with what you can afford and works with what you want. I look forward to keeping in contact with him about oil changes, a possible remote start for the car in the near future, and anything else along the line. Overall I had such a wonderful experience. Buying a new car is a big purchase and I am extremely happy that I picked this dealership to go through. More

One Happy Family With my daughter heading back to college after winter break, my wife and I decided to give in and give up one of our vehicles to her. We had our minds set on a new Grand Caravan to replace it, mainly to transport our younger daughter, her softball teammates and our two dogs. Nick Nowak made the selection and purchasing process a great experience for us. At the end of the day, all of the girls in my family were happy (not an easy task). My 19 year old got a car for school, my 11 year old got, in her words "the best van ever!" and my wife got a beautiful new Grand Caravan with her favorite feature, heated seats and a heated steering wheel.
