Excellence from Start to Finish I had done some work for the Bettenhausen Auto Group before so I knew I wanted to work with them when it came time to look for a new Jeep to replace m I had done some work for the Bettenhausen Auto Group before so I knew I wanted to work with them when it came time to look for a new Jeep to replace my aging Nissan Pathfinder. During the Chicago Auto Show last month I saw the 2015 Grand Cherokee and knew what my next vehicle was going to be. Sure enough, a month later, the 190,000+ mile Nissan's reliability started to wain, and I suddenly found the need to replace it unexpectedly. I started my search for a new Jeep on Jeep's website. I then found the exact model online on Bettenhausen's dealer inventory and submitted a request for more information. Megan McCain promptly sent me an email the next morning and I began explaining my situation to her. She got me in contact with Bettenhausen Jeep's Grand Cherokee specialist Jay Dye. Jay was extremely friendly and outgoing. The no pressure sales and private test drive was a huge relief considering the timing of having to purchase a new vehicle while in my final semester of law school. The environment that this created was that of mutual trust. I truly felt as though Jay was giving his best effort to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase while staying as close as he could to my budget. It felt like a friends helping each other out more than buying a car. I have definitely found a people I would like to do business with again and again. More

I bought a 2015 Dodge Durango RT from Dave who was helpful the whole way through. He even took care of me the 3 times prior i came in to test drive a car and left. Always answered my questions and never asked "What can we do to make a deal today."
