They were able to satisfy nearly all of my requests for the type of vehicle I wanted. They found the car I wanted in another state, and headed there facility in a matter of 18 hours. The only drawback would be to one request I made. The special request was an elimination of the license plate bracket on the front bumper. All the way through the conversations, this request was communicated that it would be possible. However, after all paperwork was done, test drives, and walk arounds,....the bracket was then placed on the bumper. It would not have been all that bad, if this was brought up in the beginning, rather than assumed that they could do this. Again, even with this small drawback, I would recommend this dealership and this representative again. I will return to this dealership and representative for my future purchases first. More

I was given the keys and told to take it out. I drove several over a period of time. I had a month where I couldn't drive because of back surgery. I was not pestered but I did get an email asking me how my surgery went and I was told to get better. Not one word was mentioned about a car purchase. When I made my choice and my trade in was appraised I said I'd be back in 2 days. I didn't need to put money down. I was told there would be a hold on the car for me.
