I don't like "fast talking" salespeople and y In October 2015 I visited Bettenhausen to check out their 2014-15 Jeep Grand Cherokees Overland/Summits. I don't like "fast talking" salespeople and you don't get that at Bettenhausen. Casey Dugan was the young man who approached me to see if he could be of service. From beginning to end, he answered any and all inquiries. I called him several times after hours to discuss issues/concerns about purchasing a jeep. He was never too busy and a young man of integrity. At one point, I was going to purchase a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Prior to completing the deal, Casey and I sat down and went over the difference in cost between a 2016 (which wasn't even out at that time December 2015) and the 2015. I decided to rethink my purchase. Casey was never curt; told me to take my time. Went back at Christmas and ordered/purchased the 2016 Overland. Also the young ladies at the front desk are very friendly and courteous in person and over the phone. I'm very pleased with the entire experience at Bettenhausen. I would recommend you check out Casey Dugan if you're in the market for a Jeep. More

The sales staff was patient, there was no rush and no pressure. My biggest concern was fitting two car seats comfortably in my new vehicle. I was able to put my seat in the vehicles I test drove! I decided on a Jeep Renegade. When I was ready to get down to it, Jay was extremely helpful and made sure the process was as transparent as possible! They took me through the vehicle and showed me all the great features and even paired my phone with my new car's bluetooth! I left with a great vehicle at a great price. My new Jeep purchase I met Charles Johnson about a year ago when I first started looking for a Jeep at Bettenhausen in Orland Park IL although I didn't buy at that time Ch I met Charles Johnson about a year ago when I first started looking for a Jeep at Bettenhausen in Orland Park IL although I didn't buy at that time Charles still kept in touch with me letting me know when new Jeeps came in and encouraging me to come into the dealership...honestly I had visited at least six other dealerships in my search and not one sales person was as professional as Charles...he was always patient with me he even stayed late on days to accommodate me, he was always very pleasant even when I knew that he was exhausted with all of my demands. I am very happy to say that a year later I am the proud owner of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara all because of one salesman that refused to let me get away...I am very very pleased with my purchase and I am also very grateful to Charles for all of the help and in getting me a great deal on my new Jeep.
