I got to schedule a time and date that were convenient for I called Bettenhausen to schedule service for a recall and an oil change and tire rotation. I got to schedule a time and date that were convenient for me. They told me the estimated time that it would take, which was at least 3 hours. I prepared for the wait. I was surprised when I received a call that my car was ready after only 2 1/2 hours. Every one of the staff I came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. More
