He made sure that we got everything we wanted and needed in our Durango for our family and even stayed after closing time to complete the deal and make sure we had all of the tutorials necessary before we drove away. Brake noise Doing normal service, I asked for the brakes to be checked, as I was hearing a slight rubbing noise up front. They said they were fine. Two weeks late Doing normal service, I asked for the brakes to be checked, as I was hearing a slight rubbing noise up front. They said they were fine. Two weeks later, still hearing the noise I returned and had all brakes checked and they found the rotors on front to be pitted but in good shape still. They advised me to recheck brakes in about 7,00 miles. No charge again! Any other dealer would have told me to replace pads and rotors now. They are a credit to car dealerships everywhere. More

New Cherokee What started as a service call on my 2014 Cherokee Latitude for an oil change and tire rotation, ended in a purchase of a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk. It' What started as a service call on my 2014 Cherokee Latitude for an oil change and tire rotation, ended in a purchase of a 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk. It's only been hours, but I love the car. Charles Johnson took the time to drive my husband and I from the Dodge location to the Jeep location to show us the cars while my other one was being serviced, and once we found a car we loved, spent the time to make the deal work out for us and educate us. Highly recommend the dealership for service and sales, this is the 2nd Jeep purchase in less than 2 years, and recommend Charles too! More
