Awful I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, a I went in for a oil change and I am still having a awful experience. Frist, of all it took way over a hour. They losted my wheel lock lug nut bolt, and now my car is running poorly. It is stalling out I had to get a tow. My car has Never Ever ran so bad. I went to 2 different car part places to attempt to get my car running like before and they said that other people have come in with the same type of issues After they had their car serviced at Bettenhausen. So, please be aware of this place. I called the manger and was transfer on the phone over and over again and it took 15 minutes before I was able to talk to him. And of course he Never called me back!! More
