I had some things come up and I had specific requirments for the type of car I was looking for. For about 2 weeks, Jamie sent me information for any used cars that came onto the lot and had me come in to test drive each one. I had my heart set on a Dodge Dart and she was able to find one that was in my price range and exactly what i was looking for. She was very patient with me abd completely accomadating! I am so happy with my new car and I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. If you're going to buy a new car I suggest you go visit Jamie because she will take great care of you. More

CHARLES JOHNSON WAS AWESOME I was referred to CHARLES JOHNSON by a family friend. I had had my mind set on a JEEP WANGLER for at least a year. Id finally got the nerve up to come I was referred to CHARLES JOHNSON by a family friend. I had had my mind set on a JEEP WANGLER for at least a year. CHARLES made me feel so comfortable. I was in and out the dealership in three hours and no mistakes were made. It was an easy process. Don't give them your business I came into this dealership last December looking at a new Jeep, the salesman I had contacted didn't even show up for my scheduled test drive and th I came into this dealership last December looking at a new Jeep, the salesman I had contacted didn't even show up for my scheduled test drive and the one that handed me the keys basically told me to deal with the other guy as they don't work on commission. My feeling is they do as little as possible because they don't receive commission. Anyway after all this I returned just before the 4th of July looking at a new Dodge Journey, I was very clear to the salesman that I didn't have the funds available for the down-payment for 2 weeks, he told me that they could hold the check for 2 weeks until the funds were available. After some negotiations and me walking out once because they wouldn't budge on their high price I came back in the next day signed the papers and drove my new car home. All good right? Wrong, 2 days later I check the bank account to see that they cashed my check! So not only did it bounce, 3 other checks bounce as well. I'm so frustrated! I go to the dealership at 9 pm to straighten this out. After being there for over an hour I did get a check for the deposit I made as well as the overdraft fees for only the check they cashed. They took full responsibility and apologized but didn't offer me anything else, the manager asked if I could bring a check by tomorrow and I asked if he would pay for my gas to drive out there ( 20 miles 1 way) since this was my third time there in 4 days, or a free car wash or something. Truly I wish I had turned the keys in and got my trade in back to take my hard earned money somewhere else. I suggest you do the same! More

When you go to a dealership looking for your vehicle, you often prepare for a half day marathon of test drives and endless talks about buying. Not so in this place!
