I wasn't sure whether I would buy or lease so Tim took the time to clearly and accurately explain both options and show me both calculations. I was given a fair price for my trade and shown on KBB how it was calculated also. Nothing is confusing or done behind your back. You work with one person start to finish and see all calculations to the dime. I have never worked with such an honest straightforward car salesman. I don't think I will ever purchase from anyone else again. The dealership is a bit of a drive for me, but I had been to 2 jeep dealerships and none came close to the deal I was given at Bettenhausen.
