When Bettenhausen didn't have the type of van we wanted, Mike Kass asked us if we would give him a couple of days to look for another one. We said sure. A few hours later he called us back and said he found one with what we wanted. The only problem was it was a 2017 and we were looking for a 2016 for the savings. Mike Kass said he would honor the price that we already agreed to. We couldn't be more pleased! Their customer service is outstanding and we have never been more please with buying a new vehicle!
