Good buying experience I wasn't shopping for a new vehicle, only bringing my car in for service when I saw a car that appealed to me. While sitting in it I was approached by Steve Callan who engaged me in conversation about the vehicle. I decided to pursue it, if the numbers worked. They didn't quite work so I left without making a purchase. A few weeks later Steve reached out to me to let me know he might have a vehicle for me. After going back and forth on the details, I decided to check it out. Steve met me at the showroom on his day off so I could test drive and, ultimately, purchase the vehicle. I left happy, with a vehicle and terms I could live with and spent considerably less time in the dealership than I've ever spent when buying a car. The overall process was pretty painless and Steve knows how to get it done! I would highly recommend him and Bettenhausen to all prospective buyers. More
