From their test drive philosophy/approach of letting me take the drive alone (without a salesman in the passenger seat telling me to turn right every few blocks) to the end process of doing all my paperwork with the same person (not getting shoved into the office of the numbers/finance guy). I never felt pressured once. I was able to take the car overnight and finish the deal the next day. It gave me the extra time to ensure this was what I really wanted to do. In the past, I always dreaded going to the car dealer. I felt like I was chained to the dealer before I finished the deal and even worse if I chose not to go through with the purchase. Bettenhausen actually made me look forward to the next time I have to go car shopping. Most of my accolades go to Aaron Graff. Aaron, thanks for making this so easy and smooth! BTW, you're a funny guy - go to open mic night! Also, thanks to Cody for walking me through everything on my new Jeep. That was really helpful and way more informative than anything I had in the past when buying a new car. I'm sure there are many people behind the scenes that I don't even know about, so thank you to whoever you are! More
