He Never Stopped Working I went to Bettenhausen on May 20th to get a vehicle. I was four days fresh out of a bankruptcy discharge, and I willfully surrendered my car.. so I wa I went to Bettenhausen on May 20th to get a vehicle. I was four days fresh out of a bankruptcy discharge, and I willfully surrendered my car.. so I was carless. I went in, and Mike Kass assisted me, due to the bankruptcy there were no banks that would take a chance on me, so after a couple of hours, I left the dealership defeated. Mike said he would continue working ( I didn't believe him, I just gave up and left) so on that Monday, May 22nd I called Mike to ask a few questions, and he answered them very clearly and thoroughly, and again he said he would keep working, ( but I still didn't believe him) so I kept monitoring my credit score, and I kept seeing my credit being ran for different banks, and I got sooo angry ( I remember saying why would he keep running my score if he can't get me a car) so on May 26th Mike called me, and said he was able to get me approved for a vehicle and I would either be able to get it on Monday May 29th or on Tuesday May 30th. So I went to get the car I thought, and it ended up being a BETTER vehicle that rides AMAZING and I got a great deal, and all the terms I asked for EVEN after my bankruptcy. I'm so very very grateful for Mike's diligence and integrity. He truly is a man of his word, and I am eternally grateful for him. I also forgot to mention that I called on that Wednesday May 17th just on a whim to get info and Mike was attentive and set an appointment with me, and he remembered my name. I wasn't just another person or sale. My desires mattered. More
