Upon entering the dealership I was warmly gr On July 3, 2017 I came to Bettenhausen Jeep to explore options to upgrade my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Upon entering the dealership I was warmly greeted by Erubiel Esparza. He very carefully listened to my interest in updating to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I explained that I just wanted figures as far as trade-in value, and purchase versus leasing options, and that I wished to upgrade, but stay within my budget. I explained to Erubiel that I had looked at several models on the Bettenhausen website, so I had a general idea of the type of vehicle I was interested in, and 2 specific colors I preferred. I told him my 2014 Cherokee was billet silver and that I liked this color because it did not show light dirt ,and that I also liked the Velvet Red. Erubiel then took me out to the lot and first showed me a billet silver 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude.(I had looked at this vehicle on the website) I immediately liked the "blackout" package, especially the 20" gloss black wheels and the price was in my range to upgrade. He gave me the keys and I took a test ride and was quite impressed with the vehicle. I was also impressed by how well Erubiel listened to me and provided the exact information I asked for with no pressure. After he provided figures, I was happy to close on a lease.
