Great Customer Service! My family & I went to Bettenhausen about a year ago, just browsing for Jeeps. We were immediately greeted by Jerome, he was pleasant, informative and My family & I went to Bettenhausen about a year ago, just browsing for Jeeps. We were immediately greeted by Jerome, he was pleasant, informative and easy going. He encouraged me to test drive the vehicle for as long as we needed to. We left without purchasing a vehicle, but I stated, "If I actually decide to purchase a Jeep, I'll be sure to come back and ask for you." He shook our hands, thanked us for coming and said he'll be here when we're ready to purchase a vehicle. On 7/21/2017, we returned to Bettenhausen, specifically looking for Jerome and he recognized us as he approached. He shook our hands again and immediately wanted to know how he could assist us. Once again, he was friendly, infomative & allowed me to look around without being pushy. I did not come to buy a Jeep, but ended up leaving with a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler and I'm excited to have it! Car buying can be a daunting process, but Jerome makes the process that much easier. I appreciate the level of customer service Jerome provided to me and my family during our car buying experience, thanks again Jerome! More
