Best Car Buying Experience Ever! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Normally purchasing a vehicle is a very long and stressful process. This This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Normally purchasing a vehicle is a very long and stressful process. This time I must say it wasn't stressful and not as long. Erubiel Esparza was my salesmen and he was freaking Awesome!!!! He was extremely patient with me and explained every single detail during the entire process. He's very personable and made me feel comfortable and like family. He worked extremely hard to get me the exact vehicle and payment amount that I wanted. He will most definitely be the only person I come to for future purchases. Mike Kass spent time with me and my wife on separate occasions explaining the options on different makes and models of vehicles as well as purchasing versus leasing. He fit us into a great vehicle that we can afford without trying to push us into a more expensive make or model. Hannah Papaleo (Delivery Specialist) took us through the new vehicle explaining all of the new vehicle features we weren't familiar with - very patient! The entire process took less than two hours. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Bettenhausen and we have had a great experience each time! More
