It just so happened that the day that I showed up, they were barbecuing hamburgers and hotdogs for everyone. It is gestures such as this, that go a long way in showing customer appreciation. They did not have a van on hand with the accessories that we wanted, so Scott looked all over the Chicago land area to find one, and had it brought to Bettenhausen for us. Scott kept me informed through the whole process. If I ever called him he was very prompt to return my call. I couldn't have asked for a more informed sales manager. This was our third new van from them and I would not hesitate to buy another. Also, Tenita Jackson went through the particulars of the electronics with us and got us going with all that.
