The processing went very smoothly and yet, we did not feel rushed or hurried. He made sure we understood everything about the contract, and financing. he was very helpful . Cody was exceptional, and although it was very late( closing time), when we finished, he took his time to ensure that we understood how to operate the vehicle safely, explaining how to use each feature, and was very patient and kind while we asked the question we needed to. We felt very comfortable driving the vehicle home that night. His follow up call , answered a few more questions I had, and his help was greatly appreciated. No Pressure and Plenty of Patience! I began my car search about 2 months ago. Charles allowed me to test drive my car of choice, and I instantly fell in love. I'm very picky, and he was beyond patient. More time was spent deciding on which Cherokee to purchase than anything.
