Micah Neely made us feel so welcome!! When we walked into the Bettenhausen dealership on Saturday June 2nd, we had just left a dealership that a lot of people recommended. As we walked into Bettenhausen we were greeted with a big hello from Micah and his staff. I turned to my family and said this is totally different from our first dealership we had been to. Micah asked us what he could do for us, after telling him what we were looking he proceeded to get us a salesman Scott Abramowicz, before we knew it there was a vehicle similar to what we were looking for, here’s the keys we were told and take it for a ride!! Upon our return we tweeted some of the equipment and there it was our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!!! Phoned the next day, told him the car I wanted, went back that evening, signed papers and drove my new car home. There was no pressure, no sitting around for hours, none of the "what will it take to get you into a new car today" or "I have to talk to my manager about the price", etc. It was a straightforward, simple transaction.
