We purchased a Jeep from here this week and our sales rep was amazing! We had been searching for a couple of months prior to visiting Bettenhausen. We thought we found the car we were getting at a different was amazing! We had been searching for a couple of months prior to visiting Bettenhausen. We thought we found the car we were getting at a different dealership, but we were still haggling on the outdoor price. On our way home we impulsively decided to stop and Bettenhausen. Nick Nowak was at the door to greet us in and asked if we needed any help. We rattled off what we were looking for, explained that there was a Jeep out there we were serious about purchasing, and told him we literally had an hour to discuss because we had appointments to get to. Within 10 minutes he found a vehicle at their sister store in Lockport. He drove us there so we could test drive the Jeep back to Tinley. Long story short, upon our arrival, my husband and I spotted another Jeep that we loved. Totally different color and included the black out package. However, it didn't have everything we had hoped for so Nick assured us he will find it. And find it he did! He spent many long hours searching for our perfect car within our budget.
