Jeff was the associate that I dealt with and his help is appreciated. The first part of my visit was spent discussing my needs in a new vehicle as well as what I would be using it for the most. I actually went in looking at a different model but after our discussion, I test drove an Elantra which a) has better mpg on average and b) is priced lower than what I was considering with almost all of the same options and amount of space inside. I was impressed with the way the car drove and just how much space there actually is inside the cabin. After the test drive, financing went to work and found a lender that kept my monthly payments within my budget. Then there were the options of colors. They thankfully kept several different color options available on the lot so I was able to pick one that I like instead of being stuck with just one option. Before I left with my new (and much better) ride, it was washed, cleaned inside and the tank was filled. Jeff also made sure that I knew how to use my entertainment console (my old Ford was not nearly as advanced) along with what all of the other buttons were for. Overall, I was impressed and will definitely be keeping my business with this dealership in the future. Oh, I'm also getting around 42 mpg on average so keep that in mind. More
