Worst service department I have ever dealt with my car has been in there shop for 2 weeks still not done every time I call it always something else parts or they ran into something I’m up to 3000 for brea has been in there shop for 2 weeks still not done every time I call it always something else parts or they ran into something I’m up to 3000 for breaks and on and on horrible plus I have car rental on top of it. If I would have known these I would have traded it in would have had a nice down payment. But now I want nothing to do with better. I very had my car for .5 years and love it but not anymore More
I only gave them a star because the review process makes you, I would have liked to give them 0. Daughter-in-law bought a 2016 Hyundai from them, 9 months later it needed a new engine. The engine was covere you, I would have liked to give them 0. Daughter-in-law bought a 2016 Hyundai from them, 9 months later it needed a new engine. The engine was covered under the extended warranty she bought. Now 7 moths later it needs another new engine and warranties are expired and they will do nothing. This dealership sucks!!!! More

not good wont stand behind yheir product after you by it have a 2017 Tucson nice car but it started to use oil at over 1 quart in a thousand miles the had to do a oil test had to do 3 of them bring it in eve have a 2017 Tucson nice car but it started to use oil at over 1 quart in a thousand miles the had to do a oil test had to do 3 of them bring it in every 1000 miles the last one was done over a month ago and still haven't heard what they are going to do about it then the conveter plug up so that's were all the oil was going but being that it was 4000 mile past that part of the warrenty they wouldn't cover it even though it was probley caused by the oil problem it is having the car is only 2 years old said to call coustermer service to see if they might pay for it when called they said the dealer was suppose to call about it the dealer said that we could pay to get it fixed and they would reemburse theuy said they don't do that had to rent a car why they didn't have a loaner is a question I have so would I buy a Hyundai again not at that dealer or any one that is apart of betten baker More

Service department is worthless! Took my Santa Fe to Betten Hyundai service department for diagnosis of front end noise. Told them car had been repaired from accident a year previous. Took my Santa Fe to Betten Hyundai service department for diagnosis of front end noise. Told them car had been repaired from accident a year previous. Asked them to check front axles which were replaced after the accident. They told me nothing wrong with them but the collision shop that repaired the accident damage had replaced the axles. I returned my car to the collision place and told them I personally found a problem with the front axles and told them what to look for. They again replaced the front axles and wheel bearings. Told the service department about that and they refused to refund me any money for their sham diagnosis. Will never go here again! More
