Terrible Experience I had to stand in the lobby waiting to be helped while the salesmen talked to each other, the one who helped me never introduced himself, made fun of I had to stand in the lobby waiting to be helped while the salesmen talked to each other, the one who helped me never introduced himself, made fun of another customer in the parking lot in front of me, took a personal call while helping me. And their quote was ridiculous. I have heard many bad stories over the years about this place - sorry I had to experience it myself. I should have known better. More

Poor customer service We found a car on there website and contacted the Dealership online. Had an immediate response. But that's where it stopped. wife and son stopped in and met with salesman. they took car for drive and noticed some issues, Check engine light was on and brakes vibrated while stopping. He told them that i was just a sensor and it was nothing but it would cost around $400 to replace. I contacted him and asked for a more specific answer to what sensor it was and what code was being brought up, I had to leave a message. He called me back stating he had to find out and call me back. Instead of calling me he called another customer. I then called again to find out the code and did not call me back but instead called my wife. I called used car sales manager and he did not answer his phone. he called me back while i was in a meeting and I called him back shortly after. I left numerous messages with him and no return call. My son and I stopped in to see if we could get some answers and after being given the run around we were informed the vehicle we were seeking has been sold. I never felt they wanted to do business with us and we were just an inconvenience. More

We are very happy with our purchase, and the care that the dealership has taken with preventative maintenance on the vehicle since we bought it in fall of 2016. They let us inspect the vehicle before buying and also test drive it. They took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and also have offered good incentives for future purchases. Scott was patient with us in helping us find the right suv and is nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend! The dealership[ staff and Scott were good at negotiating what we needed, and we are appreciative for all the work they have done for us. Thanks for working with us, and we appreciate having a good trustworthy car dealer! More

They have free coffee and crumpets and a good vending machine, but if you want healthy snacks while you wait, you will need to bring your own with you. More

Each visit left me very impressed with the Service Department. This summer, I had the unfortunate experience of replacing my Civic. My plans were to return home and purchase my 5th Honda from my home dealer, but decided to do some "window shopping", look at three different models, and see just what the Sales Department was like. They were informed at the beginning of my loyalty back home, problems with looking at multiple vehicles, time and insurance issues, etc, and all the while knowing that this would not be the site of my service needs.. Their reply, "give us a chance to earn your business"! That's when I said, "you can't tie, you must beat the champ". My Sales Rep, (Ben Smallegan), and Sales Manager (Joe Grimm) went to work and kept me totally informed at every step of the process. When it looked as if the end was near for them, they agreed to pursue some innovative ideas,,,,, and tomorrow morning,,, I will drive away from Betten Baker Honda in my new 2017 Civic!!!! If there is a better dealership than Betten Baker Honda, I would sure like to know were!!!!! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!!! More

Unprofessional Called about a vehicle for sale and was told they still had it. Told them I was coming from an hour away, that's why I called ahead. Got there only to be told they sold it an hour ago, and were just going to call me. I'm doubting the story. The vehicle was already washed, and running while parked in front of the sales office. Then tried to ask if I wanted to see another car, or to check with pone of their other dealerships. Unprofessional to say the least. Don't waste your time. More
