Great Experience Hands down the best dealership around, not just because of their brand. Everyone knows you buy a Honda if you want the most bang for your buck. Their Hands down the best dealership around, not just because of their brand. Everyone knows you buy a Honda if you want the most bang for your buck. Their sales team is on point, specifically Will. He answers questions any time, day or night and is knowledgeable about what he sells. I'd recommend Betten Baker in a heartbeat. More

First lease and good experience! I thought I would give a review regarding my recent experience leasing a 2019 Honda Pilot. Mitch Galloway, in sales, helped me from start to finish. A I thought I would give a review regarding my recent experience leasing a 2019 Honda Pilot. Mitch Galloway, in sales, helped me from start to finish. Although Mitch is newer to Betten, he made every step seamless and provided excellent information regarding the vehicle. He was helpful, honest, and patient with my concerns and preferences. Despite my previous negative opinion of vehicle leases, I believe my positive experience at Betten Honda has changed my perspective. I don’t have a negative thing to say! Great team and service! More
Nothing but good experiences for me here I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to put in a good word for Joe Grimm in sales and Julie, Andrew and everyone else in service. I've purchased two new cars here and have serviced them here religiously because I like and trust everyone that I've worked with. Any time I'm in for an oil change or whatever, everyone remembers me and takes the time to come say hi. I've also seen them doing this with other customers. Their genuine friendliness goes a long way to build confidence that I'll be treated well any time I'm there. I've dealt with a lot of dealers that will cut corners during inspections or make up repairs that aren't necessary just to make more money. I've never seen anything but straightforward honesty here. Plus, it's super cheap to get an oil change, inspection and free car wash here, so you can bet I'll keep coming back. Sales isn't pushy and they've been more than accommodating with making the numbers work on the car I want. I can't ask for more than that. More

So it was driving by driver number one to Muskegon, then push through to have a sale by end of month and betten had driver number two meet us two miles from my home to deliver car in a snow storm. Muskegon to Hastings . On deliver it had close to 350 miles on it. We drove it home two miles . The next time it was driving was after roads were cleared and there was a vibration noted. Called my local dealer to have them check it out. Come to find out one rim was bent and three of the tires were worn . They explained that this was not a warranty item and that I needed to talk to the selling dealer. After talking to the selling dealer betten , they called driver number two ( the one that drove it in a snow storm) to ask if he felt this vibration, he stated that he did not feel this and so betten told me that they would not replace the rim and the three tires. They basically told me that it was my fault. So now I have a new car with a bent rim and need of four new tires because of it. So betten is saying the customer is wrong and there driver is correct. So be it. We will NEVER deal with them again and we will be sure to let anyone and everyone know why. Side note: I had to remind the salesman after a month that my $500 needed to be refunded to my CC that he used to hold the car and the funds were not taken off the bill of sale. More

For details of the extortion, lies, run round, and likely other illegal activities see below. We bought our 2016 CRV 10 weeks ago with just 12K miles on it. Last week I get a call from Tom Schwab, the salesman, telling me that I owe another $190 because they had to renew my registration (it was still good for 2.5 months when I signed and from what another salesman there tells me they only have to renew if it's within 30 days of expiring.) He tells me he has the registration and tags and he won't give them to me until I come give him a check for another $190. I email him a couple of hours after the call that my receipt shows I paid $210 for fees, including the registration, and I'm not paying any more. If a mistake was made it was on their end and at their cost. No reply for several days. I call today at 1100 and ask If Tom got my email. He did and he starts telling me I still owe $190 beyond what the receipt shows I paid for registration. When I reiterate my stance Tom tells me Adam is supposed to call me about this issue. I tell Tom no, he called me and he asked me for the money and told me he has my registration so II expect him to resolve this problem, I don't want to wait any longer, my tags expire after tomorrow and I need to be able to use this car. I ask for his manager and he says "I have a manager but he's not in today." He tells me Adam is walking in from the parking lot now and he'll have him call me right away. An hour later I try to call an Tom doesn't pick up, I call the main office and ask to speak with Adam. I'm put through to voicemail. I call the main office again and no one answers, I call every 5 minutes for several attempts with no answer. When I borrow Tony's phone, I get an answer on the 1st ring. Ask to speak to the manager, Adam, or Tom. No one is available but this new salesman will make sure someone gets back to me right away. An hour later I get online and find the manager, Justin Giauque's phone number. I give him a call and he answers. THE MANAGER IS IN AND TOM LIED! He tells me he has no idea what's going on since this is the first he's heard about this issue. I say I'm shocked since it's an ongoing problem and I asked to speak with Tom's manager earlier today but Tom told me he wasn't in. As evidence that he was unaware of the problem THE MANAGER SAYS HE WOULDN'T HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE IF HE'D KNOWN WHO I WAS! He tells me he would have screened my call like everyone else was probably doing. He called the "Girls upstairs" to find out exactly what was going on and came back to tell me that through no fault of my own they had needed to renew the registration and that he would mail me the registration and tags at no charge. I asked him not to since I need them tomorrow and I drove the 2 hours to pick them up. My last thought? How do you renew another person's vehicle registration without their consent, let alone signature? I feel like that's probably not legal. More
