He gave me the most agressive quote, helped to sell our car on Craig's list to see if we could get a higher price, and got the car for me sooner than expected. He was never rushed when going over all the features on the CRV when it came in and was always professional and positive attitude. He introduced us to the "team" and all of them seemed genuine with wanting this to be a great experience. Lots of perks were extended to us at Betten Honda that was not offered at competetors.
