I came into the service center to get an oil change and tire rotation. I used a coupon that I had received in the mail. The service was done quite quickly. Even though, I own a Buick, I take my car for service to Betten Honda, because of Len Atwood. He remembers me and my car and manages to get my auto in for service when I need it. I don't know the names of the lot persons or the person who prepared the Honda Civic for delivery, but they also did an excellent job executing their responsibilities. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership; first under Tom Miller, then Betten Honda. I prefer Betten. I did get the distinct impression that being a Betten Honda customer provided value in and of itself. Love my ten year extended warranty.
