Hudsonville service doesn't care 2500 Gmc was in for service on Monday. It broke down Wednesday around closing time and they just blew us off. I took them two months to fix the car. After the car was returned to me, the car wasn't completely fixed. The steering wheel has a wobble that it did not have before. They installed the wrong headlights and blamed it on Tesla for sending them the wrongs ones. If you already knew they were the wrong headlights, then why did you install it? The hood and the new front fender are scratched as if someone used the wrong cloth to clean it off. You can tell because the old fender does not have the same scratches. I was given zero communication as to when it would be done or any changes to the estimate. I had to call and nag them. I should not have to do that. I told I could pick it up then showed at that time and then told it's not ready. I was told I'd get $250 off my deductible for my trouble, but then they gave me the wrong bill and took $240 off someone else's large deductible and made me pay full price. That is such a slimy move. Then Harvey told me they'd cut me a check for the mistake, but I have not seen it yet. Horrible service. More
