Timely service. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service so that I could sit and wait in the comfort of my own home. Vehicle was kept clean during the repair- I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service so that I could sit and wait in the comfort of my own home. Vehicle was kept clean during the repair-no greasy dirty steering wheel, etc. scheduling was easy. I also loved the coffee/tea options and that the tv in the lobby wasn’t set to the “news”/political/talk show stuff and was focused on the Hubble telescope and how it is helping our planet and understanding of the universe. Such a nice change. Overall very positive experience. More
